Features:
● Reciprocating, horizontal single-acting and positive displacement.
● Its maximum rated brake power is 1490 kw (2000 HP) and the stroke is 8" (203.2 mm).
● It is integral crankshaft structure with heavy-duty of roller bearing supported.
◆ Two pairs of involute gears are installed separately on two ends of the crankshaft to transmit power, which reduce the axial movement and gear noise, extend gear life.
● Light weight, small volume and high pressure.
● Four plunger sizes are available for multifarious pressures and displacements: 4", 4.5", 5" and 5.5".
● All 2000HP pumps equip with the same power ends.
● The fluid end and power end are connected by 12 alloy steel of pull rods. The pull rods stay in the power end after removing the fluid end. The plunger is clamped onto the pony rod which is convenient for removal and maintenance of fluid end.
